1. Eligibility: The Mylar Bag Order Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Vertical Supply Company, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Vertical Supply Company, with its principal place of business at Vertical Supply Company.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals must enter there information above. Limit one entry per person.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within one week of the convention end date. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by [email/phone/mail] within one week after the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within one week from the date of initial contact. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

6. Prize: The winner will receive a prize equal to 10% of the total value of their Mylar bag order with Vertical Supply Company. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitute. The total value of the prize will be determined based on the purchase price of the Mylar bags, excluding any taxes, shipping costs, or other fees.

7. Publicity: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and any other personal information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Taxes: All taxes, including federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide their Social Security number or other identification information for tax reporting purposes.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.

10. Disputes: Any disputes arising under or related to the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action relating to the Sweepstakes shall be in the state and federal courts located in [Your Jurisdiction], and each entrant irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
